PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

Your property in Turkey will be regularly checked every two weeks and you will be notified by telephone/email/fax if there are any problems.  On instruction from yourself, we will then take remedial steps to ensure any problems are taken care of as soon as possible.

Any bills for water, electric and council tax will be collected and paid for you.  We will also renew your Earthquake, Buildings & Contents Insurance policies for you.  Reimbursement can be made upon your return to Turkey or through our English bank account.  We will provide you with the bills and receipts with their dates and fees on.

CLEANING & LAUNDRY
At any time you can contact ourselves and request a clean or laundry before you return to your property for that long awaited holiday or rental of the property.  We can arrange for our cleaners to do this and reimbursement can be made as above.
