Sirince is located
The village has two 13th centure Greek churches and the architecture in the village displays a good example of 19th century Anatolian style where houses are rather well preserved. A few of the old village houses have been converted intopensions yet still carry an authentic atmosphere with wooden architecture and fire places.
Gözleme (Special Turkish Pastry) is the most famous dish in the village, and homemade wines and olive oil are sold in the daily market in the center of the village.
Sirince is the place to see for those who admire autheticity. This is a relaxing day in which you enjoy local hospitality with lunch in a traditional style, wine tasting and also check out the amazing handicrafts of the village women.
